We have just finished reading "Freak the Mighty" in class, and then we watched the video. Using the novel and this clip, describe the similarities and differences of the two different endings. Also, which ending do you prefer and why?
I prefer the ending to the book because it gives you a better understanding of why and how freak died. I n the book it explains that Kevin has a heart murmur and that he head a Seizure that caused him to pass. Although the ending to the movie was more emotional than the book because you got to see what was happening and the emotion of how the people would feel, the book ending was better. -Mia McGinnis

I liked the book better because in the movie Freak died and it was sad Ive almost cried on that movie.
